Erection & Scrotal Problems – Genitalia Abuse
By Medical Professionals OR a Form of Sexual Abuse.
When a Medical Practitioner examines our genitalia, its a big deal.
Were placing a lot of trust in them. We expect them to respect our wishes.
We do not expect them to carry out manipulative procedures without at
least talking to us first.
So when is abuse of our genitalia, more than just abuse. Why isn’t it a form
of sexual abuse !
Definition –
1) Sexual abuse is unwanted sexual activity, with perpetrators using
force, making threats or taking advantage of victims not able to
give consent.
2) Illegal sexual contact that usually involves force upon a person
without consent or is inflicted upon a person who is incapable
of giving consent (as because of age or physical or mental
incapacity) or who places the assailant (as a doctor) in a position
of trust or authority.
Perhaps one of the definitions should read –
Sexual abuse can be genitalia abuse or manipulation of genitalia inflicted
upon a person, without consent, where the assailant (as a doctor) is in a
position of trust or authority.
Those of you reading this, really must get the message out there. If a Medical
Practitioner does anything to our genitalia that you challenge, the immediate
response will be to say the ‘patient had pain’. If a patient has pain, these
Medical Practitioners act as though they have the God given right, to do
anything they want.
Take my situation.
April 2013 – in my complaint to the Health Disabilities Commission regarding
Doctor R, one of the things I claimed was he carried out a manipulative
procedure for pain. In his response to the HDC , Dr R did not respond to this
comment. However, in January 2014 i received a letter from Middlemore
Hospital with a cc to Dr R , where Middlemore hospital clearly refers to his
referral of myself for this NON EXISTENT PAIN.
Between April 2013 to January 2014, I sent countless emails to the HDC
regarding this NON EXISTENT PAIN.
October 2013 – In response to my complaint, Urologist # 5 advised the HDC
that I had pain. This NON EXISTENT PAIN.
June 2014 – Urologist # 6 was not given the opportunity to respond.
No action was taken by the HDC, despite #6 twisting the top of testicle
around the appendages in a 2-5 second examination. I would have to be
pretty damn stupid to think this was any kind of ‘normal’ examination.
Mar 2015 – Urologist # 8 sent a letter to my GP & referred to this, you
guessed it, he referred to this NON EXISTENT PAIN.
Nowhere on our taped conversation do I once mention the word ‘pain’.
You people out there need to ‘wise-up’. Medical Practitioners who
Induldge in this practice are out of control.
