I have made many comments about the type of examinations some Urologists

 are doing on people. And with my complaints against Urologists, you must think
 I make a complaint against every Urologist. ...  Not so ....

I have seen many Urologists in my quest to find justice against those that didn’t

respect my wishes & abused me. But one has to be fair. Whereas one out of
3 Urologists abused me; 2 out of 3 did not. 66% respected my wishes. 

In respect to those that do respect the patients wishes, I am informing you of

those who respected my wishes & of those who did not. There are of course,
many  Urologists who I have not seen.

What does a patient want when they visit a medical specialist –

       1)      Our wishes to be respected

2)      To be informed
3)    Seek permission if they intend to do anything.
                                                                                                                                          

Urologists who respected my wishes (No particular order)

       1)      Mr Mark Fraundorfer , Tauranga  - showed a great deal of respect.

Acted in my best interests.  I  can’t recommend him highly enough.

2)      Mr John Tuckey – Auckland

3)      Mr Dirk Drent  - Auckland

4)      Mr David Merrilees – Auckland

5)      Mr Mischel Neill – Auckland

6)      Mr Michael Mackay – Auckland

7)      Mr Glen Devcich – Hamilton

8)      Mr Michael Cresswell  –  Rotorua (1988). I really appreciated

the value of this appointment.

Urologists who did not respect my wishes

       1)      Urologist (deceased) – from 1987

2)      Mr N, Whangarei  - Despite advising him how things were

improving following Dr R’s examination, pulled up & under my

scrotum rather vigoursly resulting in a bleed, bruising & a

haemorrhage in the perinneal area.

 

Health Disabilities Commission (HDC)  response  – a normal examination

carried out. No comment on the haemorrhage.

So we can assume that for the HDC this examination was acceptable.

3)      Urologist , Hamilton – Out of all the Urologists I have seen, he was one

 of the most informative, yet he suddenly turned around & twisted the

top of my left testicle causing it to fall on its side. Considering our

discussion, it is hard to fathom this turnaround of events.

The HDC’s reponse. A normal examination.  No comment on the

twisting of the testicle.  So one must ask, if the HDC feels that the

twisting of ones  testicle causing it to fall on its side  is acceptable

to them . How many other patients are being compromised.  Is this

normal practice. Is it widespread, this abusing of patients.

As far as I am concerned, It is :

                                  unacceptable practice by this Urologist.

BUT acceptable by the HDC

4)      Dr M, Hastings – When I clearly advise a Urologist of the dangers

of doing a certain type of examination & he does it anyway, what is

his reason.

a)      Revenge

b)      He believes he’s God & can do anything he wants

c)       Hes trying to cover-up the results of the previous examinations

 

              Result : the septum drops resulting in a collapse of the perinneal area.
              Once again The HDC feel  this is a normal and acceptable examination .
 

This Urologist has changed everything, he has changed the direction.

 

Lastly,

Urologists who produce fraudulent reports from their consultations

             1)      Urologist, Auckland -  After a referral from Dr R, produced a 

fraudulent report, which in many  aspects  mirrored Dr R’s

fraudulent  report.

    Undeniable pieces of Evidence that supports my claims.

 

 

1)       APR 2013 – Following an examination where Dr R repeatedly examines my

         left testicle, Dr R referred me for NON EXISTENT PAIN.
 

2)       APR 2013- After seeing Dr R again, after his examination, Dr R writes a referral

to a Urologist, that my “left testicle has now dropped and feels shrunken

following examination recently” (his own words)

 

3)       MAY 2013 –   I receive a phone call from- DR Urologist, Middlemore Hospital

 who calls me after referral for pain. I say to him “what pain”.
 

4)       MAY 2013 - In response to my complaint to the HDC, Dr R claimed
 

i)                   That on examination ‘ his testes in fact appeared to be normal

 in position and shape’ .    (This is probably one of the few pieces

of truth in his whole report. It was normal at the start of the

examination). 

ii)                That I had been  the subject of a forceful scrotal wrenching while

having a massage when insisting to be finished off properly.
 

5)       There is one very serious flaw with Dr R’s claim. I believe in maintaining

energy in the body. I prefer ‘not to ejaculate’.  Over the years, many times

I have been asked by a woman “ why don’t you like to ejaculate. Dr R’s

claim is seriously flawed. There are many witnesses that would suggest

Dr R’s testimony is completely untrue.
 

However, DR R’s  claim about a massage is erroneous. In Dr R’s letter

 to the HDC, he indeed provides evidence of the state of my scrotum.

DR R’s own words Point 2 & Point 4(i) don’t add up
 

6)       I have a letter from a Urologist, prior to Dr R,  that clearly says that the

sensations I experience are not accompanied by any pain.

 

7)       MAY 2013 -  Mr Urologist, Tauranga (a good man) letter says I now have a

high-rising left testicle and it would be unwise to touch it. So, everything

 certainly wasn’t normal one month later.
 

Mr Tauranga’s letter CLEARLY shows that something changed. The letter

 backs up my claim that indeed something had happened.

Point 2 in DR R’s own words & Point 7  also back up my claim.
 

8)       OCT 2013 – Urologist, Mr N, Whangarei pulls up & under my left testicle,

         rather vigourously.
 

9)       NOV 2013 - Following an examination with Mr N, Whangarei,

photos clearly shows bruising to my perinneal area following Mr N's,

Whangarei’s examination. Five medical professionals confirm bruising, a

bleed or a haemorrhage occurred.

The bruising clearly shows that something has occurred here.
 

10)   JAN 2014 -  I received a letter from Manukau Health  with a cc to Dr R

regarding this pain. This is clear evidence that Dr R examination was under

a false belief that I had pain. It backs up my  claim that an examination

was carried out where he acted under a false pretence regarding

non-existent pain.
 

11)   JUN 2014 – Dr F examines me & his letter refers me to a Urologist for a left

testicle that won’t stay down once held down. This backs up my claim as to

 what Mr Urologist, Whangarei caused to happen.

 

12)   JUN 2014 – Urologist, Mr H, Hamilton  (after twisting the top of my left testicle) 

says on tape that my left testicle has “fallen over”.   Mr H, Hamilton

 does not mention this in his report.

So was it Urologist, Mr H's Hamilton’s “twisting” or Urologist, Mr N's Whangarei                  
that  caused it to fall over !!

 

13)   Jun 2014 – Photos taken after Mr H, Hamilton examination show a

‘freakish’ left testicle.

The photos clearly backup my claim as to what Mr H, Hamilton did.
 

14)   JUL  2014 – Dr F re-examines me after Mr H's, Hamilton examination

and says on tape that “it does not look well”. This further backs up my claim.
 

15)   MAR  2015 – I claimed that Urologist, Dr M, Hastings lifted my testicle way up

in such a manner that it caused the connective tissue between the perineum

and bottom of scrotum to separate. 
 

Urologist # 7 & Urologist # 9 (both good men) saw me before & after

Mr Urologist, Hastings's examination.

 

16)   MAY to JUN 2015 - Mr Urologist # 7 says on tape that my septum has dropped

and many times refers to the “space’ under my testicles. He continually agrees

with me and when asked a direct question as to whether it is now different, ums

& ars before saying it just looks different.

This clearly indicates something has occurred here.

 

17)   MAY to JUN 2015 - Mr Urologist # 9  says on tape that the shape of my

perineum  has changed.

This too clearly indicates that something has occurred here.
 

18)   JUL 2015 – Urologist # 7 merely puts in writing in a one sentence summary

that my scrotum is clearly descending further down the perineum.

 

19)   JUN 2015 – When approached again, Mr Urologist # 7  says on tape that

something has “given way” and that the dartos, the septum everything has

dropped.  

BUT puts nothing further in writing.

 

20)   JUL 2015 – When querying  with Urologist # 9  as to why he had not

acknowledged what had happened, he says on tape that he has

not disagreed with what I have said.

But he still puts nothing in writing.

 

WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON ALL THIS. WHO WILL YOU TRUST    !!!

Most Urologists indulge in the practise of manipulating the dartos, particularly

around the septum. Probably in the area where the dartos joins the perineum

to the bottom area of the septum, where the 2 sides of the dartos fuse at

the back.

I BELIEVE This manipulation is an undeniable FACT.

This manipulation alters tension on the side of the scrotum that they are

manipulating, plus also alters tension in the perineum.   It can & sometimes

does cause loss of tension & damage to the nerves.

 

When this area is stretched it can ‘ping’ back to its initial state BUT it can cause

this area to stretch PERMANENTLY.   – FACT

Erection & Scrotal Problem - Those who abused me        

Medical Abuse !

These men removed the last of my sensation. The sensation gave
my life. They took my life.

Soon - what I need to know

1987 – Urologist, Mr F

Reason for appointment

     I lost a little feeling at the top of my right testicle

Examination

     I was told “it is your imagination, you don’t have feeling in your scrotum”.
     Mr F then pulled the top of my right scrotum out to the side about
     2-3 inches,  then started squeezing the skin of my scrotum  between his fingers.

Result of Examination

     Over the following few weeks, my right testicle fell away with ripping & tearing
     sensations. My right testicle eventually became tight under my left testicle.

     Over the following   2 ½ years I experienced –

*Large amounts of salivia in the mouth.

             *Sticky lips every-time I went to speak, embarrassing when trying to talk
               to someone.
             *Extreme erections, all night every night.
             *Unwanted erections at work, on the the bus.
             *When I went for a run I would get an erection & have to stop running.
             *Erections in extremely cold showers.
             *Ejaculate fluid coming out every-time I had a pee.
             *Concommittant changes resulting in thinning on the insides of my face,
             *A sweet smell being given off whereupon  my girlfriend would often
               comment,   “whats that sweet smell”.
           * A feeling that everything was falling out the bottom of my scrotum.
              This lasted about 3 months until the perinneal; area had tightened.  

 

What I believe Mr F did

     I believe Mr F purposely changed the dartos & cremastic tone,
     changing their orientation & causing my right testicle to fall beneath the
     left, thus affecting the perinneal area and the fused part behind the scrotum.
 

27.08.1990 – Urologist #2

Reason for examination

     For a discussion as to what had happened with Mr Urologist; for closure. 

Examination

      Urologist #2 insisted, literally forced me to have an examination  before
     he would  answer any of my questions. He examined  my left scrotum 
     despite myself talking about my right scrotum

Result of Examination

*          My left testicle curled up at the bottom. Over the following 2 weeks it

             resolved itself.
    *         The tail of the epididymis  settled on the  topside /bottom of the left
             testicle. The tail of the epididymis could not be pushed down because of
             the strong connective structure underneath.
    *         My testicle now had a diagonal lie.
    *         Ripping and tearing sensations from the preceding 3 years stopped.
    *       I permanently lost all sensation in my right scrotum & right perinneal area.
 

What I believe Urologist # 2 did

     I believe Urologists #2 examination resulted in some kind of disconnection.

                                                                                               

 1990 – 2012

For 23 years everything was good. Tissue ‘investment’ under my left testicle became

stronger.  Natural erections and inner sensation,  never better.
 

 

April 2013 - Dr R – Auckland                          

Reason for Appointment

     After playing sport, my  left testicle seemed slightly looser around the top
     left appendage. I wanted to make sure it was ok.

Information conveyed to Dr R

     In April 2013 i saw Dr R. . I told Dr R that I thought the top appendage on my
     left testicle may have broken. He said that this could not be the case as my
     testicle would be dying.
     Dr R did not ask one single question. He took no history, nothing. He did
     not even  ask what may have happened.

Examination

     Dr R  repeatedly examined the  top & bottom of my left testicle., mostly
     around the appendages. At one stage, when I winced at what he was doing, he
     went back & re-examined it again.
     At the conclusion of the examination Dr R said “it looks like it should now”.

Result of examination

*        Overnight, my left testicle fell away from the centre.

    *         The left testicle became tight & high rising.
    *         Temporary loss of auto erections.
    *         Permanent loss of sensation around the top & bottom of the testicle,
            where you would expect the appendages to be.
    *         Temporary loss of sensation between the testis and the septum.
    *         The median raphe temporarily disappeared

 

What I believe Dr R did
     I believe Dr R’s repeated examination at the bottom of my left testicle
     resulted in a disjunction of the epididymal tail. 

Falsification of Report
Dr R didn't stop there, he then falsified his report to the Health Disability
Commission.

Referral to Urologist in Auckland
Dr R referred me to a urologist in Auckland of his choice.
At the appointment, things the Urologist was saying just weren't adding up.
Therefore, the appointment was concluded with very little being said.
Despite this, this Urologist of Dr R's referral wrote a report which backed up
Dr R's false report. He falsified his report has well.
 If you don't believe in corruption, well I tell you , these two men are as
corrupt as the best of them .  Should they be allowed anywhere near a
patient  ?
 

 03 October 2013 – Mr N , Whangarei     

Reason for Appointment

     To get proof of what Dr R had done.

Information conveyed to Mr N, Whangarei

     To ensure there would be no misunderstanding I gave Mr Urologist a brief
     1 ½ page summary of my condition & concerns.
     Then, when talking to him I mentioned the main points on my letter, that were –
     ‘healing’ is occurring, there was slight improvement in movement , erections
     were Improving and that changes in my perinneal area caused myself facial
     changes. (I was actually referring to auto erections).

Examination

     He put his hand up & under my scrotum& started pulling in 2 distinct places.
     After the examination he did an ultrasound.
     After the ultrasound Mr N  said  “ you have had a vasectomy”.

After the examination

*         The left testis starting curling & bending.

    *         The attachment that was attached to the compromised tail of epididymis
             now had a shredded end (to touch).
    *         The support that held the left testicle down was gone. The left testicle
            seemed to ‘pop’ up, like out of a socket.
    *         It felt like my testicles had been cut off.
    *         There was bruising of the scrotum & perinneal area 2 weeks after the
             examination. That is after 2 weeks of healing.
    *         The median raphe looked detached from the tail of epididymis.
    *         The space the left testicle sat in became even more restricted.
    *         My left testicle became mobile

 

What I believe Mr N, Whangarei did

     I believe Mr N, Whangarei  -

*         Pulled the left gubernaculum  from the detached tail of the epididymis.

             He tore it.
    *         He  manipulated the lower appendage to such an extent that it resulted in
            total reperfusion of the appendage. It reduced the size of the
            appendage  to such an extent that it was no longer detectable by an
            ultrascan.
    *         He removed the chord-like structure going down into the perinneal  area.
    *         I also believe he did something at the back of my left testicle in the centre,
            near where is fused.. Subsequent events appear to have confirmed this.
    *         I lost about 75% of sensation in my left perinneal area
    *         The left testicle would auto compress to about ¾ its normal size.
    *         After the examination , for the first time in my life, I had pain. Pain in
            my right scrotum & referred pain in my left upper thigh.

 

One of the above  caused bruising and a Haemorrhage.

Several months later I got isolated feeling in a small piece of dartos composition

under the left testicle in the perinneal area. About 25% sensation.

 

24 June 2014 – Urologist # 6, Hamilton

 
Reason for Examination
     To find proof of what had been done by Dr R and Mr Urologist, Whangarei.
     To  establish how easily the gubernaculum  could be detached or torn.

Immediately prior to Urologist # 6 examining me I said -

      I don’t want you to change anything. I have no pain or anything.

Examination

     On examining me, Urologist # 6  immediately pushed in at the top of my 
     testicles & quickly turned or twisted his fingers. It happened so quickly I had
     little time to comprehend  what he was doing, let alone stop him.
     A matter of seconds   -  end of supposed examination.

Result of Examination

*         The examination  resulted in the left testicle falling from the top. 

    *         The testicle fell on its side with the bottom of the testicle rising higher
             than the top. Now, very horizontal.
    *         The bottom of the left testicle pushed up against the pelvic floor, which
             created sensation against the septum & against the pelvic floor. 
    *         It felt like the testicle was was separating from dartos tissue below.
            This combination created erections almost to the point of ejaculation
            when walking.
    *         This change caused contraction of the  testicle at the top, which meant
             it was now contracting in at both ends making the testicle appear
            about ½ its normal size.
 

What Urologist # 6 did

     I believe Urologist # 6  changed the orientation of the testis despite myself
     asking him not to do anything. This resulted in a change in orientation of the
     dartos at the top, and a change  to the sit of the cremastic muscle plus the
      lie of the testis.
 

July 2014 - 2^nd Examination  – Dr F 

 Dr F examined my left testicle before and after Urologist # 6  examination.

    In my 1^st examination by Dr F (prior to Urologist # 6), the examination was
     uneventful. So, when he remarked   “it does not look well” following
     Urologist #6 examination, I felt that I could trust him to re-examine me.

Examination

     Dr F  examined my testicle while I was standing. While holding my testicle
     in a fixed position on both sides, he moved my left testicle to a vertical/horizontal
     position (twice).

Result of examination

*         That night when I undressed, the testicle shot up against the pelvic

             floor like a rubber-band had snapped.
    *         Sensation against the pelvic floor was lost
    *         Erections were temporarily lost.
    *         The  ‘tail of the epididymis ’ I have not seen since.
    *         Inner tightness left of the septum was lost & the testicle was no longer held
            down left of the septum.
    *         The median raphe became loose as though something had  detached . 
    *         My scrotum and perinneal area no longer tightened as much.  However,
            the testicles did not drop
    *      My  breathing became  little heavier. 
 

What Dr F did

     I believe Dr F’s examination resulted in the gubernaculum  separating from
     the testis.

  

27 March 2015 – Dr M, Hastings

Reason for Appointment
     The objective was to confirm  that I had had a disjunction of the epididymal
    tail. I had no intention on having an examination.

Prior to examination

     I informed Dr M, Hastings that if he tried  to change the direction of the
     testicle, it had an adverse affect & that it wouldl get tight or more restrictive.
    And i advised him that it acted badly to being lifted up.
     I said if he just sort of examined it, it wouldnt be a problem.  Mr Urologist
     gave no indication that my request was unacceptable to him.
     On that basis, I let him examine me.

Examination

     After lying down Dr M, Hastings, proceeded to  lift both my
     testicles up, out& vertically at a 90% angle above my body & held them there. 
     This was a position that my testicles  had never been before.

Result of Examination

 

    *         The ‘fused’ part at the back of my scrotum lifted.
    *         The perinneal area lifted, from under the scrotum, right through
             to the anus.
    *         Loss of  cremaster muscle tension.
    *         The dartos  composition under the left testicle disappeared into the
            abyss of the perinneal area. This small area was the only part of
            sensation left in my perinneal area.  (This area gave support ).
    *         My right testicle dropped.
    *         My perinneal area fell away.
    *         My septum dropped.
    *         Loss of any sensation along the inside of the septum
    *         The height of the dartos dropped.
    *         My right testicle became somewhat mobile

Later

    *         Dartos or cremaster detached.
    *         Erections now due to perinneal separation.
    *         Changes in the perinneal area resulted in ‘drawing in sensations’, that is
            concomiitatant changes in facial condition, particularly around my jaw.
             Rapid loss of condition & thinning around my jaw has occurred,.
    *         Scrotum is part of stomach – the change in the perinneal area is pulling
             my stomach down giving me a fattish look.
    *         My backside dropped & folds formed underneath
    *         My perinneal area dropped
    *         A general change in my body
    *     My breathing has been compromised on account of sudden loss of
          stimuli that had stimulated my breathing for at least 40 years.

 

What I believed happened.

     The lifting of my testicles so high & out caused the fused put at the back of
     my scrotum to lift, which in turn caused the perinneal area to lift from under
     the scrotum right through to the anus. This resulted in a permanent loss in
     tension in the perinneal area.
     The septum dropped and the unnamed part in the centre of the scrotum
     dropped resulting in a complete loss of sensation in the left  scrotum & the left
     perinneal  area

This Dr M from Hastings was prepared to remove the tension from my
perinneal area BUT more importantly he was prepared to remove the last of
my sensation.  

May 2015 – Urologist # 7 & Urologist # 9

Prior to the examination with Dr M,  Hastings, Urologists # 7

and Urologist # 9 had seen my scrotum.

 After the examination, they saw my scrotum again.

Despite Urologist # 7 agreeing with virtually everything I said, all he put in

writing was a one line sentence saying ‘that he could clearly see that the
scrotum was  descending further down the perineum’.

Urologist # 9 who prior to the examination had on more than one occasion

referred to my high left dartos & my tight cremaster made no
acknowledgement that anything had changed.

When I questioned him about this at a subsequent consultation, he said he

hadn’t disagreed with ‘any of that stuff’, yet still put nothing in writing.

When I questioned him further at yet another consultation, he said, he

couldn’t remember

Events prior to 1990 were totally acceptable to the Medical Council.

Events from 2013 were totally acceptable to the
                                                                    Health Disabilities Commission.
